The Fisheries Resort

 

Bears Pass, Rainy Lake

 

 

Cottages are furnished with electric stoves and fridges, hot water, kitchen utensils, bedding and towels with fresh towels once during the week.  Each bedroom has 2 beds and a surcharge of $35 per person per day applies if there are more people than beds.

 

 Pets are not allowed.

 

Check-in time is 1:00 p.m. but some guests arrive early and go fishing until their cottage is ready.  Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m. and again, guests are welcome to fish afterwards.

 

Our office and store sell licences, maps, bait, tackle, a few groceries, and other items you may need open 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

 

A coin-operated laundromat is available for public use in the same building as public washrooms.  A wood-fired sauna is for everyone to use as is the beach which is in front of the new cabin #8.

 

Cottages

 

Several cottages have wood burning fireplaces, screened-in decks, and a tremendous view of Rainy Lake.  New docking facilities are conveniently located at the centre of the resort near the gas pump and store.
