The Fisheries

Our resort is located in Canada about 25 miles east of Fort Frances/International Falls on Highway 11, about 5 miles east of the intersection with Highway 502. We are a couple of miles off the highway near the end of Armstrong Road. You can see we are near the middle of the lake when you visit the picture of the lake map found on the information page.

Know the Rules for Rainy Lake

Non-Residents of Canada are allowed:

Daily Limit of 1 (one) Walleye

with a possession limit of 4 after 4 days stay

(Conservation 2)

Between 35 cm and 45 cm (13 ¾“and 17 ¾")

1 trophy can be over 70 cm (27 ½")

Northern Pike

Maximum of 4 (Conservation 2)

Crappie
